Polite, thorough on both our visits. One was a recall, the other was a full yearly service. I also used their parts counter to order the dreaded Y pipe for my F-150 5.0 and he was able to rush one for me to get back running to go to work.
I took my car for a airbag recall, after I left I notice the airbag light was on and stayed on. I called parkwood ford service Dept to let them know what is happening, The advisor told me it was going to be over a $100 for them to look at it and determine why the light is on. I am having a hard time believing how I can take my car in for a recall airbag, which no light was on, and left there with the airbag light now on, and can’t get them to see what the problem is, weather they forgot to reset it or not, without paying ove... read more
