I was pleased with the service. Jason was very helpful and kept me informed on the repairs that were being done.
New f150 having issues with a loud sound in rear end and a bumping feeling when driving Had it in 4 times and each time they came up with different things all repairs were covered by warranty but after each service the truck did the same thing and each time they claimed to get help from ford and fixed it Now still having issue it did it 15 to 20 times over a one week period and went in for 5th yes 5th time now they claimed after having it for a week they say they drove it 150 miles and it only did it once on first day then t... read more
