Lived here for a year. Managment was always and is very good. There was some hic-ups the first month of the new Managment everything is running smoothly. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience!
As the regular UPS driver for this apartment complex, I’ve had the chance to interact with a lot of different properties—but this one stands out. The management here is always upbeat, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. The manager is not only organized but also brings great energy and positivity every day. RAM Partners assumed management of Parkway Flats in May 2025, notifying residents the day the transition took effect. Initial communication focused mostly on rent payments, and the property was without on-site staff for several weeks. A permanent manager is now in place and has begun rebuilding communication and stability, including a recent facilities update.
