People are acting really unsafe in the pool area and the management will do nothing they just tell you to call the police. I’m making this review to keep our community safe, there was an incident of a child being left completely unattended at the pool and nearly drowning and now the pool is unsafe for women and there has been numerous unchecked cases of sexual harassment. If I could give Parkway Flats zero stars, I would. Moving here has been one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. Before you sign a lease, please read this Be prepared for your rent to be significantly higher than what they quote you. They tack on mandatory, ridiculous fees every month for things. Do not let the nice lobby or the touring agent fool you. Parkway Flats is poorly managed, overpriced for the quality of living, and completely stressful to live in. Save your time, money, and peace of mind, and look elsewhere.
Ridiculously expensive. not only that. weed smoke is PREVALENT even though its supposedly a "smoke free" apartment building. you report it and nothing is done. also you set up autopay for rent payments and conveniently they "forget" to debit your account and now you are responsible for THEIR lack of debiting your account and a $250 late charge when their system screws up. and your car will be vandalized with images scraped into the paint. so build in the cost of re painting your car into your rent payment too. ask management... read more
Nice place. Good location. It gets loud sometimes. Complained about marijuana smoke/smells in the last. Better now Had a caged puppy bark all day but the dogs better now or they moved
