Maegan in the rental office was fantastic. We are from out of the area and she sent pictures, shared information about the area and was very helpful in framing things to consider in renting.
I'm sad that I'm leaving parkway. I enjoyed my time living here. Safe, clean, and staff are incredibly nice, accommodating, and professional. Neighbors are all mature, respectful, and quiet. Never had any noise disturbance during my time here. Definitely recommend this place. Cons: parking might be difficult and can be frustrating at times if you do not have a garage, and poor ventilation in my apartment and the building hallway. still recommend this place 10/10!
Paid 250 to have my application rejected before they even looked at my income. Had to do a chargeback for the reversible holding fee and hours of phone tag trying to even find out why I had been rejected (leasing company “wasn’t able to tell me”, good luck getting someone on the phone from the third party screening company they use). The experience I’ve had with parkway flats even before moving in has been probably the best experience I’ve had with any apartment complex. With Maegan being so kind and helping us find the perfect place and for the service team helping us to be able to move into our place sooner! Knowing that we were budgeting and wanting to move into our place within a time frame, they allowed us a time/date that worked for them and helped us get what we wanted!
