My experience at Parkway Flats since moving in September 2025 has been extremely disappointing. When we first toured the apartments and applied, we were told there was significant interest and that we should submit our application as soon as possible if we wanted to secure a unit. Michael was amazing! He answered all of our questions and was very kind.
Do not live here. This year, my husband and I were looking for a 2-bedroom apartment. One apartment was listed as available in the “Michigan” floor plan for June 19. We applied over the weekend, paid the $250 application fee, and received a receipt via email confirming that the fee had been paid. The following Monday, I went in for a tour. The leasing agent was originally very nice and told me that our application would be approved with no problems.
