Maintenance keeps marking requests as completed when it was not addressed. I requested an outside garage light be fixed over a month ago because it was continuously strobing at night, being very distracting for neighbors. Luckily the bulb just died out on its own, but it was never actually replaced. The maintenance requests page doesn’t allow for staff to leave comments regarding the request, like why it wasn’t completed or follow up notes on how it was completed. Village Green was much better about this.

Can't wait to move out. It has gotten so bad over the past year. Neighbors blast music at all hours, leave garbage bags in hallway overnight to where it smells terrible, I would avoid this place if your an adult with any sort of respect and decency in life. Great for college stude to who dont care or people who don't mind living in an overpriced run down community.
