Im having a major issue with a co-tenant, with documented evidence of what theyre doing and I'm getting no help with it. They are causing an unsafe environment for my toddler, keeping our only mail key from me while im waiting on time sensitive mail, and hasn't paid the rent in months, and im being told that the only way they can be removed is if they agree and sign to be removed! I've had a great experience living here for the past two years. Maintenance has been on top of things consistently and I've never had to wait more than a day or two for things to be replaced. Jeff and Mike have been great with keeping up the property. The property itself is nice and the current manager is accessible and easy to get in touch with.
The new maintenance guy, Mike, is amazing! Our fridge wasn’t cooling properly, and he came by first thing the next morning after getting the work order to defrost and fix it. Super quick and helpful!
Avoid this place at all costs. I lived here for one year and it was nothing short of a disaster. Right off the bat I had to sign my lease three separate times (which was like 50 signatures each time) because they kept getting information wrong in it. I picked this place largely due to the onsite dog park, which is essentially unusable 99% of the time as no one cleans up after their pets and the waste stations are never emptied. It's really a bummer that the management company is so awful because living here was otherwise very nice. Maintenance was relatively on top of things. I think the longest we had to wait for something to be fixed was like a day and a half. But anytime we had tried to contact anyone besides maintenance, it was terribly hit or miss. Sometimes they'd respond, sometimes we just never heard back. It's not too bad as long as you're staying there but be warned if you're trying to move out.
