Leroy is very informative and helpful.
This has to be hands down the worst service department I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I dropped my 3500 at4 off for an oil change and minor maintenance and repair, they had my vehicle for 8 days and completed only one of the maintenance items I brought it in for. I made many attempts to contact my service advisor who hardly knew anything at all about my vehicle or its progress.
