Excellent experience. From the reception desk to the dentists chair. I was anxious before the appointment, but it turned out being much better than I thought it would be as my gag reflex is usually sensitive. Both full ex-rays, and cleaning was a very good experience without any issue. I highly recommend Parkway Dental. Thank you Parkway for a pleasant dental experience
I met with a great dentist at my first visit did a check up and cleaning. The staff was great initially. Just got a call from the receptionist who talks over and when I asked her to listen she said don’t ask me to listen??! How is a patient supposed to communicate if the staff can’t listen. Really disappointed! To be honest, I’m quite disappointed with my most recent cleaning. I did not have my usual hygienist. The actual doctor did the cleaning using a method I’d never had before (some sort of high powered water pick). I did not like it. Then the person that cleaned and flossed my teeth did not seem to know what they were doing. I felt like I was rushed through; kind of like I was a product on an assembly line. Not sure I will be going back.

Best experience ever! Starting with nicest receptionist Christina, followed with friendly nurse Evan (I hope I spelled it correctly) and super knowledgeable, professional and helpful doctor Raza. Thank you for a pleasant experience I’ll definitely be back!
