This is a branch of a bigger company in Texas of which they have several. They are a "paid when paid" company. AKA they will drag out payment for months to their subs, use them as a project bank, etc. and then hand it off to a lawyer to handle your Lien on the job, so you get nothing for your time spent waiting to get paid. Avoid these large corporate contractors at all costs, even if you feel like you need the work. Stick with small GC's that have a stake in your own community and care about their relationship with Subs.

Parkway Construction is a truly great workplace. I have worked for several companies throughout my career and Parkway had been my favorite for many reasons. The main reason Is that Parkway respects and values their employees! It is such a refreshing change for me from previous employers.
