Great salesman but the financial department definitely leaves a lot of room for improvement
Well, after reading the reviews, it seems like everybody’s having the same issue I am. I got the flyer from the dealership saying that I won a TV. Upon getting there, my sales person didn’t want to talk about the prize until after I bought a car. After discussing where my payments and stuff need to be, they showed me a car that was significantly over my price range, even though they did not even tell me how much the car was exactly. Sent out a flyer with a scratch off game saying I won a television. The scratch off was fake and it actually had a "confirmation code" saying I won a 5 dollar Bluetooth speaker. Could've saved a lot of gas if not for this scammy practice
Biggest scam.They send flyer to my mail saying i won TV.Went to dealership and sales person asked me if I am looking for any car and i said yes.I have to buy car for my daughter so I thought let's give a try to this dealership.Went inside and I asked for about the flyer,he hand me over tiny Bluetooth speaker.I understand nothing is free but don't give wrong information. So decided not to do business with them.
no personal sales person, lady from Texas talked with us and took our keys to appraise the vehicle and never gave them back to us, Another guy came out from the office and told us one thing then we waited for signing it was one of the worst times we have had. lies lies, lies and all sales final we found out the next day My advice is never go there to purchase a vehicle. the contract was not what was stated.
