Very happy purchasing our 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took some back and forth and us walking away to get what we wanted, but very good to work with. Would buy another car from them without hesitation.

Being that I am from NC, I had the truck delivered directly to me. Parkway Ford made sure the shipping company communicated and gave me updates on the estimated delivery. Cameron sent me a great walk around video, and the truck arrived just as described. Overall a 10/10 experience with Prkway Ford!
