Got the platinum warranty. $3400. Got a dent repair after 1 year and a half calling and trying to get an appointment. The dent is now cracked and painted the wrong color. I went to the dealership for Scott, the owner to look at the horrible job and he proceeded to tell us he’s not dealing with me and go somewhere else while walking away from me. Awful place. It’s been two weeks and still nothing from them. Do not buy a car from them.
Originally I had a wonderful experience with everyone here. They went above and beyond to help land me in my vehicle and I had a couple of hiccups while still under warranty that were fixed with no issue. Well fast forward a little over a year later…. As far as I know my emailed complaint about the dealership was ignored, no reply at all and nothing was changed.
Brought my 91 year old mother's car in to get the battery replaced and was told it cost $ 340. which is shocking but trusting this dealer that my mother has done business with since it was Browns Dodge. I told them to go ahead and put it in. After I got home I looked up this Napa battery online and found it sell for $100. LESS. I went back to the dealership to find out why I paid so much more and was told that's business. So I paid $340 for a $240 battery and $100. to have it installed.
