Went there yesterday. Got a reasonably decent car wash but at the same time they stole all of my loose change and a pack of cigarettes from my car. I've left several messages for the owner/manager that have been ignored! Nobody ever answers the phone! I really wish Grafitti's was still open!!
I sat in line for 17 minutes waiting for my turn in line for them to vacuum my car. Some kid comes up and says that they are closed now and the car ahead of me is the last car for the day. I asked to speak to a manager and he said in the box. I go to talk to the 'manager' who is some young kid. He said we close at 530 and they do not know how long this car will take. It is 508. The crew did a great job. Great attention to detail and perseverance dealing with the cakes on gumbo.
Terrible customer service. Got my truck washed and scratched my door. The manager said that never happened their. I will never go back.
Excellent attention to detail for such a quick service. You just found the most popular car wash in town. Go early in the morning to skip the lines.
