Called at short notice and they squeezed me in within an hour. Friendly and informative service. Clear explanation of costs. No attempt to upsell which was appreciated. Completed job in less time than estimated and right on the quoted cost. Showed me all the features of the new system. Great experience.
Once I came in, got service with out any hold ups. Had a service engine light on a 2004 BMW M3, also a funky noise coming from my engine. They knew what was wrong with the car within a matter of minutes. I was running late to work a little late so they were generous enough to get one of the employes to drive and pick me up from work! Always reliable, never had a problem. I've gotten a remote car starter and window tint on my Acura and my bother used Parkway for the video system for his kids.
Great service. Owner and employees were extremely friendly while installing speakers into my 94 accord. They stayed open late at least an hour to work on my car. The price was reasonable and they even fixed a twisted seat belt free of charge.
When at first the ipod adapter didn't seem to work, there was a look of panic on the guy's face. Turns out, my ipod thick cover was preventing the adapter from fully attaching to the ipod. Once we removed the cover, it worked just fine!
I had my sound system installed here over a year ago and it still works great. They fine tuned my amp, and help me through how to work my pioneer system. Great service with full detail on pros and cons plus conpatibilities.
Jim and his crew did a fantastic job installing my new car stereo. They were very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I look forward to returning Parkway Car Stereo in the near future to replace my speakers and add a much needed subwoofer.
