It has been more than a year since I got my car here and I am still having issues. The car for some reason won’t charge past 80%. EVgo said they did not set any limit. I bought this car because of the battery capacity and now they want to charge me for diagnostics. I brought my car here several times to fix the dent that was there when I got this brand new and when I got the car it is still not fixed. Just had our Escalade serviced and couldn’t be more pleased. The entire team was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. While I was waiting at the cashier, Lisa came over to check in and make sure I wasn’t waiting too long — such a thoughtful gesture. If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment at 830. They apparently they had a staff meeting and no one helped me. So I left my car and the service advisor finally called me at 945. He said it would take two hours. So on lunch I went back and the car had not even been touched yet. And he told me another hour. I was late to work twice and had to move meeting around. Also why was it $170 for an oil change in a four cylinder car. My husbands diesel oil change costs that much what the heck is up with that!
