Just had our Escalade serviced and couldn’t be more pleased. The entire team was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. While I was waiting at the cashier, Lisa came over to check in and make sure I wasn’t waiting too long — such a thoughtful gesture. If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment at 830. They apparently they had a staff meeting and no one helped me. So I left my car and the service advisor finally called me at 945. He said it would take two hours. So on lunch I went back and the car had not even been touched yet. And he told me another hour. I was late to work twice and had to move meeting around. Also why was it $170 for an oil change in a four cylinder car. My husbands diesel oil change costs that much what the heck is up with that!
Service is always friendly here. And they answer any questions i have so I understand them.
Mayra, is one of the best sales rep at Cadillac. She was very kind, diligent and trustworthy she did her best to work me a great deal and was honest about the buying process and how she could save me money. One of the best dealership experience I have had in a while. 10/10 experience!
