Love this cabin. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need already in place. The cabin does have lots of stairs. The rocking chairs on the front porch made you feel like you were home.
We stayed in the Claty Bell. It is s great cabin. Close to all you might want to do in Boone and Blowing Rock. It was clean and tidy on the inside. There is only an ac window unit up stairs but with trees for shade it was not too hot downstairs to stay in the cabin for the day at the last of June. Our only complaint is the roof leak on each corner of the front porch which makes it so you wouldn't want to get in the hot tub when it is raining. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will stay again.
