I'm Sorry about the confusion, but Parkway Auto Sales does not charge service fees or doc fees. We do sell service contracts or warrenties. That we tell the customer about up front. We try to communicate what you are paying for and take pride in the fact we do not charge any hise fees.
I had a great experience there. We bought a honda civic and love it. Its a local owned dealer and the salesman i think his name was Andrew was great. There was no pressure and a great price. I loved the fact that they didnt have those hidden fees everything was up front. Ill buy all my cars from there. Thanks Parkway
The best place to buy a car!!!!! I got a 2009 Fusion loaded that i love. The people working there was like family. They even called back later too make sure everything was going well with the car.
$2000 service fee, wow!! I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Absolutely the worst dealer I've dealt with. Stay away!
buyers beware !!! the best advice i can give anyone looking to buy a car here is be sure to have the vehicle checked out very well and don't buy unless you have the correct carfax because i found out these guys have a name for fixing wrecks and the vehicles are extremely rusty which means they get them from up north somewhere. they look good from a distance but up close it's a different story, in my dealing with them there very pushy and once they get your money they won't even talk to you about a problem with there cars.. t... read more
Bait and Switch I live an hour away and called to confirm they still have the vehicle. When I arrived they said it was sold some time ago even though it’s still on their website and thought I wanted this other vehicle. I was willing to write it off as bad communication at that point but the Patrick the General Manager seemed sincere for the error and was going to help me find another car same make and year for approximately the same price.
