Marcus was very professional . He had the vehicle I was interested pulled up and we took a good test ride . I was able to purchase the vehicle that day with very little drama and get on my way fairly quickly. The finance manager Patrick was also very helpful and got me all set up with the lender I wanted.
Messaged about a vehicle and spoke with someone about it, saying it had no issues and they got me squared away with a test drive. Drove all the way from montana just for some guy to get in my face telling me its got major engine issues and its a project car. Make sure you do your research about going here, could be told multiple things and you won't know what is true

My mother and father in law came into Parkway to buy a truck. They didn't have a lot of money but had cash in hand. The sales guy said they only had one vehicle and that the mechanic hasn't looked at it yet but if they bought it right now for $3500 but if the mechanic looked at it we will charge you 4900. The 4900 was out of their price range so they took it on a test drive and purchased the vehicle. The dealership did not even vacuum out the vehicle or wash the outside. Worst dealer I have ever been to. Nate, my sales associate lied about the year of the car I was looking at and when I informed, Shane, the sales manager, he told me he didn’t believe me. Car was in rough condition, had engine and transmission issues and even though I was told the would take care of it, they did not. Avoid these guys, totally unethical and they sell junk.
