This was such a quick & easy experience, I almost can't believe it! These guys picked me up at my house, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and I drove home shortly after! I purchased a very new vehicle that was just out of factory warranty from Parkway, drove it home and the next day the check engine light came on and come to find out it needed an 8000$ engine repair. And the exact same problem was in the service records as having been diagnosed just prior to my purchase, someone cleared the codes, sold it to me, and they conveniently didn’t tell me that part of its history. 1/5 Stars: Unethical Dealer Left Disabled Customer Stranded. Do NOT buy a car from Parkway Auto Center. They sold us a 2009 Ford Escape with a pre-existing catastrophic transmission defect, and then their extended service contract denied coverage because the vehicle was broken before we even bought it.Worse, Parkway completely refused to provide a loaner car or any alternative transportation. I am disabled, and we live over a mile from the nearest bus stop. Because of Parkway's actions, my family is entirely isolated. My wif... read more
