Disrespectful salesman that treat women like they are better than women and can't answer questions about their own cars they are trying to sell won't give you maintenance records on the car they are trying to sell and get pissy with you when you ask for them and they are supposed to supply that information before purchasing the car by law
extremely rude leaving you nasty text messages before you ever go to their dealership, messaging you about cars that you didn't even contact them about.their salesman lane mathews treats potential customers like they are below him and are trash. I recommend going to a better dealership that wants your business and don't treat you like trash before you even get their. And Lane's supervisors do nothing about his poor salesmanship
Got to work with Randy, he was extremely patient and helpful throughout the car buying process. He let us take our time making a decision and there was no pressure whatsoever so ever, I highly recommend coming here for your next auto purchase!

Im offended by Parkside's customer service, or whoever they have answering their phone at this time. I have been calling around the last several days to many car dealerships. Just looking for details and more information on specific vehicles listed online. Dude didn't even say his name but pretended not to hear me on the phone twice on separate phone calls.
