The customer service is atrocious. The manager extremely rude and will not address any issues you encounter. The maintenance is the worst part. They always put very old parts on and tried to charge your for the second time repair. The management team does not care about our normal lives. They are having a patio construction ongoing for >3 month. The contractors can get in our room whenever they want to. No privacy at all!!!!!! You always need to clean the mess after their work. DON'T LIVE HERE. The customer service is atrocious. Hands down the worst I have experienced. There is no communication between maintenance, management, and reception. When I complained to the manager about this, she BERATED me, told me "it wasn't her problem," and eventually hung up on me. The office is not on location so you have to drive across MU campus to pay rent, etc. and the manager will be rude when you get there anyway.
