DON'T LIVE HERE. The customer service is atrocious. Hands down the worst I have experienced. There is no communication between maintenance, management, and reception. When I complained to the manager about this, she BERATED me, told me "it wasn't her problem," and eventually hung up on me. The office is not on location so you have to drive across MU campus to pay rent, etc. and the manager will be rude when you get there anyway.
