I would suggest to you all to read the landlord tenancy act from front to back. Reading everything that I have so far on there review A) Some of you can break your lease without consequence B) In regards to the tree falling on your car A) if the tree was on their property yes they are responsible to repair it (however not the front office) Their insurance company would pay for it they just have to give you their insurance companies information. Wow where do I even beggin with this place...Hopefully some one will see this before they decide to pay there money over here @ parkway apartments located in Federal way ,wa (Twin Lakes) From day one I complained about things that needed to be fixed/replaced.. They told me they would get around to it no later than 2 weeks after my move in date..The bed room window wouldn't lock..I was on the bottom floor just to let you know..Most importantly I had to call H.U.D Housing on them because that's who there financed through) to g... read more
