My appointment was at 3:30…at 4 pm a client came in AFTER us and got called into a room before us! We sat there from 3:30 to 4;40! Never got a room and we left. Ten minutes after we left they called us saying room was ready! If this is how they treat their clients I don’t think I want to be one! An hour and 15 minutes wait time is outrageous! Thanks for nothing Parkway…I had 4 dogs to bring in so you didn’t just lose business for ONE dog you lost business for FOUR dogs!
