WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Today we brought in our two chihuahuas for vaccinations. We were seen by a "fill-in" vet (it never seems like we see the same vet twice; it is always a "fill-in" vet). When we got home, one of our dogs had an adverse vaccine reaction and her face and eyes swelled up. RecommendedI have never owned a dog before and my son brought home a stray, parkway animal hospitals staff was so amazing through our process of making her ours. I’m so thankful !! They are so accommodating and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone .
My dog had been misdiagnosed with bone cancer. I needed a second opinion. Thanks for a proper diagnosis, proper medications and a great caring staff. No bone cancer! Dr. Smith and his staff exceeded my standards which are very high. Marlon is the most caring wonderful groomer as well.
Love Dr. Fifarek. He should be a plastic surgeon. Our 5 yr old golden doodle Huckleberry had a growth on his eye lid that kept growing to the size of a small pea. Dr. Fifarek carefully removed the hanging growth and was able to save Huck's beautiful eyelashes. Huck's expressive eyes are back to flawless. We were so fortunate to find Dr. Fifarek as we are newly full time to the Sarasota area. He called and checked on Huck during this Covid-19 time and we sent photos etc. Lovely man. Highly recommend Parkway Animal Hospital.
New to area and was nervous about taking my baby Old English Sheepdog to a new doctor. The staff from the phone to checking out were all amazing. Friendly helpful and comforting. My baby had to have his teeth cleaned because of infection and they did an excellent job and were very thorough and informative. We will be back for hopefully only check ups from here on out.
