The inside of the apartments aren’t bad at all and the location is in walking distance to restaurants. However, you can hear homeless people during the night and a block down there is a homeless person hangout in abandoned building and they will ask you for money daily! The property management of this building is subpar! They do not clean the building regularly, it smells like smoke! Beware for move out, they will charge you for painting!
