Thalia was super knowledgeable about health issues I was dealing with even beyond psychiatric. She offered treatment options that considered my PTSD from recent trauma, depression, anxiety from work and from chronic pain issue I've been dealing with as well as holistic solutions to try before our next appointment. I could tell she had ideas for treatment early into the appointment, but she was a great listener and let me explain the context of my situation before the due diligence of assessment/diagnosis/treatment plan.
After moving to Kansas City, I was concerned about my mental health providers and how I would find someone to fit into my schedule who I also could relate and open up to. I have received great care since I started working with Thalia. She adapts to my schedule to fit my needs, and is just an easy person to talk to. I would highly recommend reaching out if you're in need, people like her are hard to come by!
