So I have brought crabs from this place twice the first time I got a dozen of medium females to try them out oh no dead cook crabs. I said maybe they had a bad day. well second time me and two of my friends bought a half a bushel just last week and OMG half of the ones I opened up where cook dead as well. why are they selling dead crabs and it's unfair because I spend my hard earn money to get good crabs and to be sold dead crabs is not right.. now that I read there reviews which I'm going to start doing from now on. that's ... read more

Hello, I’m sorry about you’re experience. I can assure you we don’t cook dead crabs. We sort through the crabs everyday when we open and throw away dead crabs. We do not steam or sell the dead. Did you call the store and speak to the manager about your crabs? You can bring back any uneaten product and we would replace them or give you a store credit for what is brought back. Again I do apologize. Hope you have a great day.
Recommendedgot small crabs here the other week at a fantastic price. A lot in the bag seemed bigger then I expected and all were full. great experience!

We asked for medium and large and we got baby crabs that look like the bottom of the barrell.They look like Blake’s $1.00 crabs and a whole bag of claws.They were horrible!!!!

First time I had been to Parkville crabs in over 3 years. the last time I was there they sold me extra large males that were dead (smelled like ammonia). I saw yesterday they had a special on medium males, figured I'd give them another shot. My mistake. I'd say roughly a 1/3 of the crabs were dead (smelled like ammonia), and the remaining crabs seemed like they were just reheated.
