Horrible management, poor maintenance.
Maintenance is very poor, might as well not have any! Gutter was laying on ground, maintenance put it up side down. I complained for several months due water and mud. I had to put gutter the right way. Excuse was that they will fix it later. Numerous problems inside I just make repairs so it would be done correctly.
