Money hungry apartment managers. I moved out due to a mandatory relocation with my job. They charged me for 4 months of rent, PLUS they tacked on over 300 dollars for utilities. Never included any dates for any of the "charge codes" they charged me for. Charged me $150 for a cleaning fee when the apartment was left spotless. $40 for filters which were caked with mold, yes, I put in a service request for this. If I could give this complex zero stars, I would. For context, I was satisfied til Harbor Management took the property over. I was at this complex from 11/2016 - 5/2021, when some "domestic problems" hit under our roof. I had tried to remove my name from my lease from 7/2021 - 7/2022, where I was told that I had to remove it from a portal that obviously didn't work correctly because it was launching the new property management group during this.
