My appt was at 9:30 am, but I get a call from the nurse at 9:17, asking if I am on my way. I was about 5 min out and arrived at 9:23. It drives me crazy that Parkview docs now give you both an appt time and an , “but you must arrive at 15 min BEFORE your appt time”. I would just like to know the reasoning behind this? Is it just to make us seniors more confused or to annoy us? Why can’t we go back to the old days, where you are given an appt time and this is the same time to arrive?
