The staff was professional and polite. They are efficient and make sure all patients have timely assistance.
they helped my sister threw her almost 17hr labor they are awesome nice nurses and staff and dr pitts is amazing lol
They were quick didnt have to wait long at all in drs office an out in 30 mins then xrays less than 20 mins
I as there with my granddaughter and they took care of her very promptly and were very kind and considerate.
So thankful to the staff and doctor for helping relieve my Son's issues. 1:00 am. is no time to find help other than at the ER. Fast and friendly service and problem resolved.
I was there yesterday my son that is 19 months had a fever of 104.8 sat in waiting room for 40 mins. Took the drive to North and was seen in 5 mins and test taken within 10. No one checked on him no one cared. I'm thankfully my son's fever didn't get higher. I made it to North in 20mins for 10x better care then I ever had at Whitley. Never going back.
Every time I go here, the wait time is ridiculous. If it's life-threatening, you have a better shot driving the 20 minutes to Parkview North than waiting 40 minutes here for them to even see you and decide what to do (which is sometimes transfer you the 20 minutes to Parkview North anyway). I guess the staff is friendly, but honestly that's not the most important trait in medical care anyway.
