This is probably a little more than ridiculous but I love that I have a sliding shower door. No hassle with a curtain and keeping it clean is super simple. I would like a little more counter space in both my kitchen and my bathroom, but you can't really go wrong with 900sqft. It's a great place.
I went to look at Parkview Village with my roommate and I was pleasantly supprised by the amount of space within the layout we looked at. Both bedrooms were about the same size, though one did have a half bathroom attached. We were not a fan of the way the patio cut into the living room, but I guess that is supposed to be a dining room. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the place. Even though the clubhouse kind of looks like a school, the complex is actually pretty nice. Lots of nicely landscaped grounds to peruse, and a well tended swimming pool. The one bedrooms are decently sized, and have a lot of closet space.
Parkview Village is cute! The flowers everywhere make it really welcoming. You can rent a carport which is real convenient in the winter and on rainy days. It's close to Davenport and St. John's hospital too. Makes it convenient if you're a student or a nurse.
The manager is nice and the landscaping is clean. Even the one-bedrooms are decently sized. You don't feel like you're living in a filing cabinet. And the pool is a nice amenity.
