This place is trash. Management/Maintenance do NOT help and do not care. I have been putting in maintenance requests since 2022. All they care about is fixing empty units to rent out. Power goes out all the time. I do not recommend.
The apartment complex has a high crime rate and cops show up frequently. Smashed car windows and car damage happens regularly. There is no oversight of the complex and in some units as many as 15 people live at a time. Tenants play loud music and drink in the parking lot at night and do not have regard for kids or elderly sleeping. Thank God, I was to get out after 4 months of living here.
