Do not rent here! The manager is very strict and rude. He leaves a notice that he will show up any time he wants, like a random cell search. And his wife has black eyes and looks beaten. Alot of the neighbors are on meth and selling meth, and they yell about it openly all night outside. There are a lot of creepy people wondering around outside at like 1-5 am. Overall it is not worth the money at all.
Your children will be sick and your Dr Bills High. If you clean your apartment after leaving from top to bottom they will over charge you anyways for cleaning the place and repairs. I had a 1000.00 deposit and they're currently trying to bilk another 1100.00 to replace the carpet for a 6 in hole that could've been easily patched.
