I am an elder in my community and I have ample knowledge and experience. I have lived at Parkview Villa, Oct. 2018 will be 2 years. In spite of what anyone says negative about the facilities, I have 2 positives! First, I know that the Site Manager, Keairra Cardriche, does an excellent job managing some 900 + units. I remember when she was an assistant manager and learning the site management process here. Now Assistant Site Manager, Rochelle Homes, is learning the process and doing a fine job assisting Ms. Cardriche. I know ... read more
Keairra is the only manager I like. She tries to get things done. And the new maintenance guy does too. Kara was also good.
Keira is awesome. Just need the heat problem solved. Freezing cold in the winter. Brrrrr.
