For reference, I have lived here for 3+ years. Honestly, don't live here if you have more than 2 cars. Good luck finding parking. Water shut-off for maintenance is basically every month, sometimes twice a month. We have to make arrangements for that, what's the point if we're paying so much for rent? Maintenance requests do come by on request so that's a plus. My partner's catalytic converter got stolen at the lot, it's crazy because it's supposed to be safe and gated. Hello! The on Boarding and application process at Parkview Terrace was so organized! The tour was relaxed and informative and tailored to exactly what I was looking for without making me feel any pressure. Robert was so kind and helped me with a few snafus I made during application process and a few additional steps I needed to add during the application process as well. We just got our keys today and Destiny has been a major help during this whole process. Since the first day we walked in to tour Parkview terrace, through all the paperwork, to being accepted, to today getting our keys. She even helped us entertain our little one when she was getting antsy. I really appreciated the help and can’t wait to see what this apartment complex has in store for us.
