AI phone tree, they do not answer the phone. Cheap landlord-special maintenance, old appliances, poop everywhere, trash everywhere, they let peoples’ dogs pee and poop on balconies for weeks, insane amount of bugs/pests, horrible trash service, average staff. You can find better.
Had a very interesting experience here. I am a conservator and caregiver for my adult intellectually disabled brother who is a dependent and has a mind of a 6 year old. Anyway these people ran my credit it said to accept with standard deposit. When they ran my brother’s credit it obviously was going to Come back with no credit history because he will never be able to establish credit history due to his disability.
