Tyler is working hard to make this place wonderful for his tenants. The old reviews cancel out since he wasn't around during that time. Maintenance is up on everything 24/7 & the team works hard! We needed a roof over our heads and getting into our apartment was easier than we could've ever expected. The interiors are being renovated with stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, etc. There are a few questionable neighbors here and there, but hey that's life. Wasn't that bad.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! My toilet has been clogged for 4 days now! Feces is literally just sitting in the toilet. Landlord was notified day 1 and still hasn’t come fix the issue. Literally didn’t even want to put a star but it’s the only way to post it. New management is needed IMMEDIATELY!
The landlord has lost his mind. He let's his employees Steal whatever they want and he also has the police department turning their back on any complaints they receive regarding him. He's buying up houses in west Warwick and charging outrageous rent. Because he doesn't care about people, they only care about what they get in their pockets!! He has had the housing authorities given him violations to fix up the apartments that is his responsibility anyways!
I am trying to get in touch with management about a aplication I summited an was wondering to get an update it been wla while and I haven't heard anything noone anwer me and when I go in person noone in the office pleasee someone have another number .. email to get in touch with them ??? I will appreciate I alot
