This is the worst place ever because the landlord only wants to get people’s HUD Vouchers from tenants he doesn’t really care about them and he never fixes anything at all. When you call him he will never answer the phone now. I feel people can get better apartments somewhere else now.
The owner is a wonderful person, and takes excellent care of the property!
…if your reading this, seriously! They accept ANYONE here. Don’t waste your time or money. The affordability is 1000% not worth the headache. You will either have an internal home issue, neighbor issue, rat issue, management issue, parking issue, mail issue. Just please, please if you made it this far to this review, don’t waste your time or money here. If I could grab your phone through this message and chunk it to freaking Antarctica, that’s how serious I am! NEXT LOCATION!!!
