This is our 6 years of living here and we love it! It’s so quiet so nice Carly, Emilia and the other blonde lady in the office have done so much to keep this place up! They take care you’re safe you have what you need and not having any issues they are going back and forth to keep this place one of the best in Columbus! Maintenance is sooooo responsible the first call i have made they are at the door before i hang up! I discovered this apartment complex on Facebook Marketplace and toured the community today. I was really impressed! Kaitlyn and Emilia were extremely friendly and welcoming; they took the time to answer all my questions and give me a tour of the property. The renovated townhome looked beautiful and spacious, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The entire place felt inviting and well-managed. This was definitely one of the best tours I’ve experienced while apartment hunting!
Parkview is really awesome and they helped me get into the town home. Can't wait to move in already in love with the apartment complex
I’ve been living at Parkview Townhomes for almost a year, and it’s been such a great experience! The staff is friendly and has been quick with maintenance calls since they added more staff. The grounds are clean, the pool is always fun, and the neighbors are respectful. I especially love how quiet the area is and how close it is to my sons school. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe community!
