Great place, friendly people, wonderful staff no problems whatsoever
I had called the day we got the paper talking about the inspections coming up, and left a voicemail explaining we have dogs who are extremely anxious and will run out if they let themselves in. So today, two people came over, and knocked on the door. My husband wasn't given a change to answer the door in time, and they let themselves in. One of the dogs tried to run out of the door. The maintenance or owner or both are terrible here. When I went to move in they told me it was move in ready and I was in a hurry so I moved in. Paint wasn't done. Ac didn't work. They didn't even turn the hot water heater on. I had broken blinds, broken handrail to the stairs, and a broken clothes washer. I was living here almost a year and my washer was still broken. I put in a service request and at first they marked it down as completed when they never came to fix it. So I had to put it in again and no one came to fix it... read more
