My dad had a referral to get a sleep study done in November 2024, called multiple times left multiple voicemails to set up an appointment for him never got a call back. Continued to call never got a response till I told them I wanted to go through Lutheran hospital. I understand they can get busy, not have the time to respond the day of. But to wait almost 9 months to get a call back after I was told I wanted to take him else where is ridiculous. Do better. So disappointed
