Pt room 1135. Room very dirty. Asked for food before cafeteria closed 2 hours ago. Nurse was going to check. Asked for pain meds. Just out of surgery. Nurse was going to see what doctor had. ordered. Almost 3 hours now no food, drink , medicine for pain or nurse seen. Lucky I gave them a one star. What has happened here? Are they that short staffed or doesn't patients care count anymore?
Doctors are very caring and professional. They ask plenty of questions to understand the problem.
