I was initially hesitant to have my mother taken to the small ER in Mexia vs straight to Waco. However, the beautiful blessing turned out that having her go there first saved her life. The staff was kind and Dr. G was right on top of it. My 81 mother entered there very sick. He recognized the need to start her on antibiotics right away and doing the necessary early test before she was transported to Waco. Parkview's staff are always friendly and helpful. From my primary care physician and everyone at the clinic, the radiology and lab departments, to the incredible staff at the physical therapy department. Ms. Joann, and Mr. Scott in physical therapy are the best. I have been in physical therapy for 8 months at three different places. My experience at a place in Waco was a nightmare. I would tell them it was too hard and too much and they would make me do it anyway. There would be four people working with one physical therapis... read more

The front desk receptionist was an absolute sweetheart! I truly believed that I was getting the best care for myself as well as my infant whom has a fever of 102.5, they did testing for Flu, Covid, Strep and an RSV on my infant. All tests came back negative so basically just keep ourselves hydrated and let the fever run its course. The doctor also said that his ears, nose, and throat were clear. Brought my mother in law here after being to 4 other Dr's. We got her in with Sara Chiglo and I can not stress how much we love her. She actually listened to us and our concerns, now we FINALLY have my MIL in a good place health wise. We have her medications leveled out, got her off some and was able to lower doses on others after some much needed testing. We are thankful for Sara taking the time to actually hear us and helping us figure out her medical needs. 100% recommend Sara Chiglo to anyone needing an amazing Doctor.

Dr. Timothy Allen is an excellent physician!! He is very knowledgeable and is very patient and takes his time with each person. He has great bedside manners and I love him being my primary care physician!!
