Amazing job. Got in and out. Treated my daughter with professionalism and kindness. My child was diagnosed with Appendicitis and was immediately transferred to McClane Children’s. Great job Parkview.
The front desk receptionist was an absolute sweetheart! I truly believed that I was getting the best care for myself as well as my infant whom has a fever of 102.5, they did testing for Flu, Covid, Strep and an RSV on my infant. All tests came back negative so basically just keep ourselves hydrated and let the fever run its course. The doctor also said that his ears, nose, and throat were clear. I recently stayed there and had a great Dr. And 2 amazing nurses. Thank you Maria and Mary Jane for making my experience a comfortable one and being so so kind.
5 stars is not enough the staff is AMAZING. Friendly and welcoming energy from the second you walk in. Really make you feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk Ellyse , our nurse Susan and doctor Zaza were beyond sweet, patient and kind. We were in and out in no time.
