I have written several complaints about mask being worn properly by patients in waiting room. And now I have be blocked . I will keep calling until I get to talk to the hospital administrator for this rude behavior.

I just went there to get my vitals checked beginning they came instantly tryingto stick me with a needle not even asking one cilla meter...... the nurse has me hooked up to a blood pressure cuff and screams at the other male nurse that's coming with the needle because my heart rate skyrocketed where do these doctors get their education can you get all out tell me..... They saved my sons life! They listened to me when no one else would and were so compassionate and caring when I recieved horrible news. My son went into cardiac arrest the very next day while at CHOC because of a tumor due to Leukemia that Parkwest found! If they hadnt found it, he most likely would of died. I will forever be grateful for the staff for everything they did for me that day. ❤
I went in yesterday per my cancer doctor, the Er doctor did not want to do anything for me. He refused to look at any scans I had done on monday he also refused to di any blood work. He was really rude not only to me but to my mom as well. I will not be going back I will go to St. Marry.
Great staff, great healthcare... been there twice this week with my 4 month old!!!! :)
