i was trapped in the parking garage for a good 15 minutes.I was here for not even an hour, got my parking validated, and then it wanted to charge me 10 dollars to leave. I pressed the “call” button repeatedly for 5 or so minutes. No one ever picked up. Then I looked up a phone number on my phone and it sounded like the intercom of the elevator.I could hear the elevator chime and the “going up” announcements through the phone. No one ever responded. The owners and managers of this building/Plaza, don't care about the grounds and likely have never walked around the building. A bag of garbage and baked goods left by a homeless sat out front with broken tree limbs for months. On the Wilmington Ave side their dumpster area always has garbage overflowing or blowing around all over Wilmington. On the back side the managers refuse to take any action to clean up huge, ugly mess left by homeless. I've reached out and they blame the SLC parks dept. Please take pride in your prope... read more

Bldg is great but takes forever for management/maintenance to clear sidewalks so bring boots
