Buying from Toll Brothers and TBI Mortgage was a mistake. My realtor and I have been treated negatively by their staff. Raymond Mahon is the loan officer (NMLS#146333) on my case from the start and he never would CC my realtor in any emails nor would he reply to any of her calls. He would more than likely ignore my calls and emails with a lot of phone tag business. It is a very good place.
Worst experience ever. Great and very responsive and professional sales staff, not issues at all with them or the sales process. Not the same with the construction and warranty personnel and contractors. Our nightmare started on first inspection when we found a lot of major construction issues. As we approached closing date jobs were rushed and completed in a subpar way. As always they were asking us to close and that they will took care of everything through their warranty department, BIG MISTAKE. The construction is very r... read more
