The maintenance man Reese has several family members living on the property on every building.. this complex is being ran into the ground. The office ladies are kind and professional here, so for that I give 3 stars. To be completely direct it was not the best experience in this apartment complex unfortunately. They do employ some extremely unprofessional staff in the maintenance department (Reese, should have been fired years ago) and the cleaning staff seem to be his minions. Personality I would NOT recommend.
I drove from edmonton to Cold lake specifically for this appointment for viewing an apartment. And the audacity of them?! He is showing me a landscape of apartment on a shitty paper. I am here to have a tour of apartment! This nuisance can be discussed on phone. I requested him if I can view it, He was looking at me like thats not how it works? Why do you guys book an appointment for viewing if this is not happening?
Beautiful building and great management. Only rental that felt like home to me. The office management herein cold lake were the best loved it
