I drove from edmonton to Cold lake specifically for this appointment for viewing an apartment. And the audacity of them?! He is showing me a landscape of apartment on a shitty paper. I am here to have a tour of apartment! This nuisance can be discussed on phone. I requested him if I can view it, He was looking at me like thats not how it works? Why do you guys book an appointment for viewing if this is not happening?

Beautiful building and great management. Only rental that felt like home to me. The office management herein cold lake were the best loved it

Huge shout out to Louise! I lived in Parkveiw for nearly 5 years, the office and maintenance staff where always friendly and ready to help, always respectful of your space and privacy, the units are large and clean, and rent decently priced. It's an apartment so expect some sound transfer from above, never heard a peep from the shared walls. Office was super fair with move out terms and cost for repairs, couldnt be happier with the whole experience. I was sad to move out from this location, but onto the next adventure. I'd r... read more
