When I moved in here with my dog I didn't really know how it was going to be as neither one of us have ever lived in an apt building before. We'll as it turns out we both really like it. My place was very clean when we moved in. The building is kept very clean and outside is nicely kept up. Any garbage is always picked up not left to blow away. The elevator sucks
Hot water was out for 2-3 days and now our shower won’t turn on, they say we need to wait 3 days for that to be fixed or we have to pay 175 for someone to come look at it sooner, nice to pay rent but not able to have hot water , a shower and also have to pay out of pocket for something that should be on the maintenance team to fix , what I rent even for then
