Huge shout out to Louise! I lived in Parkveiw for nearly 5 years, the office and maintenance staff where always friendly and ready to help, always respectful of your space and privacy, the units are large and clean, and rent decently priced. It's an apartment so expect some sound transfer from above, never heard a peep from the shared walls. Very pleased with Parkview Place and the apartment. Quiet location but convenient to city. Property manager, Louise, has been amazing. She was exceptionally helpful in the rental application process. Buildings are clean and comfortable. Especially appreciate the pet friendly feature, they even ensure there are dog poop bags and garbages at every exit door.

Lots of gossipy, pompous, pretentious people live here. Lots of theft, lots of smoking etc Not a good place to rent if you are family oriented!

The office ladies are kind and professional here, so for that I give 4 stars. To be completely direct it was not the best experience in this apartment complex unfortunately. They do employ some extremely unprofessional staff in the maintenance department (Reese) and the cleaning staff seem to be his minions. I am currently waiting for my damage deposit to be returned to me and I left the unit both clean/undamaged so I will specify/update what unfolds here.
