I wish I could give a 0! The cockroach and bedbug infestation is horrible!! The elevators go out frequently which is a huge fire hazard! There has been an increase of criminal activity in the building and on the patio and nothing gets done about it!! Don’t move here!!!
I live in this building and it is shameful they even rent apartments. I have lived here since Aug. 2023 and the elevators are broken more than functioning. This is a HUD property and yet residents are seen on and in their apartments smoking tobacco & marijuana. Open containers of alcohol in common areas and elevators. Most of the time the 1rst floor smells like garbage or fecal matter. It is shameful that these managerial and owners allow these units to be rented. No security guards or front desk personnel. Washers and dryers don't work. Pest problems. It's gone downhill since I first moved in. The price is right, and it's still a pretty good location.
