I would like to give to Sagar and hezron as they are one of the best guys who helped us for a quick assistance and good solution from avenue living and they have a good knowledge about plumbing and other maintenance too

The service was very quick and and efficient, but only after the second request. The first request, no one arrived. Hopefully next time, the maintenance guy will properly arrive the first time
I moved to the apartment on 16th Jan. I was told that the apartment will be freshly renovated and there won't be any issues. However, once I moved it the unit was full of issues. Stove not working, bathroom ceiling was peeling off, bathtub was not functioning, no hot water , broken door locks and windows, naked electric outlets etc. Till this date I am requesting to fix but nobody is responding even the manager is not responsible to my basic enquiries. I am going to regret taking this unit forever.
