Dr.Berning and his two nurses are absolutely the best around. Hands down the best medical care around but also so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for plastic surgery. I'd argue with anyone who said there was a better plastic surgeon and staff!!
Dr.Westrick performed surgery on me April 10th. He was very informative explaining everything. Dr. Westrick is so kind,genuine and is the best plastic surgeon ever. I've been to several and nobody comes close to how he operates. Alex is his right hand woman. She is so very kind and knowledgeable. She helps complete the awesomeness package. If you need a Plastic Surgeon, insist on the best Dr. Westrick.
I had my appointment with Dr. Westrick a couple months ago. Chelsea the nurse checked me in, she was very thorough. Chelsea was very nice. Dr. Westrick and his assistant Alex were completely amazing. Dr. Westrick spent a couple of hours with me. He went over many options that he could help me. I felt so relaxed and informed with Dr Westrick. He treated me like a person not a number. I always have an amazing experience here! The staff is so wonderful and makes you feel comfortable. I had moles removed and biopsied and every time they seem to do a thorough check and the process is quick and easy!
As stated by the other review, the woman operating the phone at this clinic is incredibly rude. I had a consultation, and that went fine enough by itself, but the follow-up call a few days later was awful. I happened to be at work, so I asked if the price quotes could be mailed or emailed to me. I never received any price quotes. Just a foul personality. I don't care about the price quotes anymore.
