Dr Dillon is amazing! The staff is wonderful too. Dr Dillon cares and takes the time to listen and talk to child and parent. She goes far above and beyond to get my kids, with a rarer genetic disorder, the medical care they require. I gladly drive an hour and a half, one way,, for many years for her care. Her and her staff know my kids names and issues and Dillon remembers my older kids samra that she no longer sees (due to them being over 18 years old now). I normally have a good time with this place, but yesterday I was called close to close, was left no message, I called back, and was left on hold for almost 20 minutes just to find out they were closed and just left my call on hold. I was trying to call about something to help improve my quality of life and I know I called late but I was trying to call back about my appointment that I have to go back to. From the check-in process, to being seated in the provider's exam room, the staff are always very organized and professional but today I came to compliment lab staff. I have routine labs and their staff are always refreshing and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure your experience is not only positive but successful. Other area lab offices could take notes on how to do things from the Bryan lab, (not Montpelier, they're great too!!) Keep up the great work!
