I tried to make appointment, and the schedule lady was rude, disrespectful, and should need retrained. She tried to tell me I didn't need to see my heart Dr. that they changed it until yearly. I said that's unbelievable, they would do that without informing me. She needs to be more professional, and maybe relook for a job she can handle! So anyone trying to make an appointment, Good Luck if you get this rude lady, she is someone that shouldn't be working with especially elderly trying to get an appointment!

I waited until I was safely into IUs network to leave this review as I didn’t want it to further harm my level of care. Dustin Thomas with Parkview Heart Institute should not be trusted as a cardiologist or any kind of physician. Not only is he sexist and dismissive, telling me I couldn’t possibly have POTS (or comorbidities) because those present in “healthy, fit, younger people, like teen athletes” but he also did NOT review or address issues presented on a heart monitor or tilt table test. While Parkview prides itself on being the most expensive hospital system in Indiana it can also pride itself on spreading conspiracy theories by their cardiologists! I can only assume the CEO and medical director agree with the outlandish tale I heard since I received NO reply to my complaint. I'd avoid Parkview and their cardiologists at all costs. Nevermind the fact that you see nurse practitioners 99% of the time.
