This place is a joke. I have jumped through hoops to get my meniscus repaired then finally get scheduled. Checkin was at 1130 and surgery was scheduled for 130. Get taken back at 1140 drugged up with oxycontin and wait. I waited for 5 hours asked twice what was going on or how long it was going to be with no answers finally at 4 the surgeon Dr. Kam comes in and tells me he is unable to do my surgery today and we would have to reschedule. The physician's assistant was awesome but she told me to call back if I was still having problems when I did not one at the front desk would answer the phone so yet again left a message and no one at the front desk answered straight to voice mail twice leave your information and we will get back to at our earliest convenience would not recommend them not due to doctors or nurses or physicians assistant due to front desk
I have been a client for years. Lately, I do NOT get my calls returned for my appointments and the rude broads in front like to hang up on you after repeated times on hold. I'll take my business to Common Spirit if this is the front face of UC Health orthopedics. Shame on you for your lack of effort and unprofessional ethic. I really loved going there, too bad your front desk is weak, rude and unprofessional to your patients. DO BETTER and at least be pleasant.
Got hurt November 11,2024 with in that time till Preston day I have had 3 surgery with in two months another one scheduled due to doctors not knowing hat to do with in the process I’ve lost my job due to the doctors not doing there job wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone due for many of reason.. would think after almost 7 months of being down and out that something would have got figured out but really unsatisfying
