Did not take into consideration any history and signs from previous events of epilepsy…sent patient home with no answers and said it was all in their head. The patient then shortly returned and had to be intubated in the ICU due to epilepsy. The doctor diagnosed the patient with epilepsy and PNES and had the audacity to tell the patient they could have died due to their condition.
Wish I could give a 0 but can’t. Vivian NP had a power trip messing up my whole life and career. This is the worst care I have ever received
Hard to give a star rating, as I think the doctors/NPs are good, but the staff are rude, it's very difficult to get prescriptions filled, hard to actually talk to someone. I've used the app and had the staff block my ability to respond to messages when I was trying to get a med refilled that I've been taking for years.
Dr Atkins is amazing
Erin Richmond, NP and her nurse Jamie are absolutely fabulous. I would recommend 1,000 times over. They actually listen to me and are giving me the care I need and deserve. I haven't had the greatest experience with Parkview recently and they have really brought joy to my heart and give me hope that we're going to figure this out together. I am so blessed to have this care team. I can't thank them enough.
