Getting better every day.
Joanne should not be allowed to work with the public. I have never been treated so poorly at any medical facility! She is rude, unprofessional and lacks empathy. Not only was she extremely annoyed during my phone call, she actually hung up on me and wouldn't accept my call back. I had spent over 3 hours in the emergency room and needed to get in touch with a specific doctor and she flat out would not transfer me.. Even after I explained my situation. Daughter broke her arm (wrist area) and Parkview was the only place nearby-ish that was still open. There was no one in the waiting room when we arrived and we were let right into an examination room. Everyone was kind and efficient. We waited an hour for the x-ray to be read and she was splinted that night. We followed up for casting and have continued with follow ups.
