The providers I've seen so far are great! But, I will say that this location does appear to have the same issue with getting prescriptions as the Frederick Health Primary Care - Liberty location. There's no reason I should have to wait 24 hours to get a prescription issue figured out, trying to navigate life with pinkeye in both eyes *sigh* I wish I could find primary care that has both great providers AND great staff. Seems to be impossible in Frederick.

I was hoping to schedule an appointment as a new patient for my husband and I. However, after holding on the phone for 30+ minutes, my call was never answered. I called twice and the same thing happened. Very unprofessional and disappointed.
