I had an unpleasant experience with the reception team at this clinic. They were rude and unhelpful when I inquired about alternative appointment options. The reception ended the phone call abruptly, which I found disrespectful. If there was an option to rate this clinic zero stars, I would choose that.
Our experience with Drs. Scott & Weersink has been amazing. They are both very professional and caring. Also , the reception staff are very helpful and responsive. Guelph is fortunate to have such a great family clinic,
